When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a notification.
What is the shipping time?
We offer two shipping services from Australia Post:
Standard – delivery between 3-7 days
Express – delivery between 1-2 days
Does Vinyl Bling offer pick ups?

Can i pickup from the store outside office hours?
No, as unfortunately the vinyl bling store will be unattended.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can providing your order has not been shipped.
If your order has been shipped a credit for goods only (excluding freight) will be issued upon receipt of product returned in original condition.
Can I add to my order?
Yes you can providing your order has not been shipped.
What happens if I receive damaged goods?
Please send an image of the damaged product upon receipt of your order. You will then be contacted to arrange replacement and collection of the stock.
All claims must be made with 7 days of receipt of your order.
